I’m 7 years into paying child support. My oldest is graduating next week so I have to go to court to have child support reduced.

Going through my records it looks like I have had my dependents just over 60 percent of nights over the past year and a half. I’ve never not had them at least 52 percent of nights over any given year. With this info I’m going to ask the ‘trier of fact’ (state’s legal term) to cancel my support. I can also show detailed evidence samples of me supporting my dependents through time (coaching, class parties) and purchasing of basics.

My question, any success stories? Any hints of anything to include to help win this case?
