So I’m in need of a new lawyer to pursue contempt charges against my ex-wife for holding onto 10 grand in stuff that was supposed to be handed over to me in the divorce settlement. This includes firearms. My lawyer that I ended up using during the divorce proceedings was lackluster to save the lease. And on top of that, he is known for me that he is retiring next month and that I need to seek new council for the contempt charges. I know this is probably a longshot, but would anybody have a lawyer to recommend for Licking County Ohio? So that would be east of Columbus. I honestly wouldn’t be so adamant about even bothering with it given that she is a royal pain in the ass and a liar and it’s going to cost me at least a couple of thousand to take her back to court but she took my 10/22 that my dad gave me when I was 18. I suppose everybody’s got a line in the sand and she crossed that one. so if anybody has a recommendation, I would greatly appreciate it rather than having to charge through trying to find a lawyer outright.
