So how to approach a girl that didn’t signal any interest in a way which doesn’t make her feel uncomfortable or creeped out? This tip is perfect for begginers like you who want to minimize risk as much as possible, but still get into the habit of approaching.

Let’s look at 3 very socially acceptable behaviours in social dynamics:

1 - Asking for consent.

2 - Complimenting non physical traits.

3 - Easing the tension by giving them a feeling of easy escape so they don’t feel trapped or pressured.

4 - Clearly state your intentions to prevent second-guessing and reduce wariness.

So now, to start a conversation forma cold approach, just use a combination o he 4 points before which i will put in brackets in the next following example:

“Hey, just one second before i go (3) the thing is I just saw you, and I like you style as you give off a very positive vibe (2), so i thought i don’t want to lose the opportunity to get to know you (4) briefly (3) if that’s cool with you (1).”

Notice how this is a polite and socially acceptable way to start a conversation in a way hay is direct without being creepy.

The woman has no reason to feel uncomfortable because you are asking for her consent which shows you respect boundaries, and you are also reassuring her that you have other shit t do or that you are in a rush because you said “briefly” implying that you will be gone soon, without forcing her to tell you to leave.

Now if she doesn’t grant you the consent or gives excuses like she is on a rush or has a boyfriend or whatever excuse, then the way you act is by gracefully telling her: “No worries, I just wanted to make your day anyway. Have a good one”.

That way you don’t create drama and everyone is happy.

See how you probably feel less anxious about coming creepy now that you know how it’s done to avoid discomfort?

Now, don’t forget that sounding confident, self assured and high-energy is also part of making women feel relaxed around you. So, if you are nervous and want to avoid making the woman feel wary, just bring it up (5) instead of hiding it, for example:

“Hey, just one second before i go (3) I am kinda nervous because i don’t usually do this (5)… The thing is I just saw you, and I like you style as you give off a very positive vibe (2), so i thought i don’t want to lose the opportunity to get to know you (4) briefly (3) if that’s cool with you (1).”

Notice how i brought it up in point number 5, the fact that you are nervous to get the woman to relax? By bringing it up the woman now doesn’t have to guess why you are nervous, she simply knows you are not used to meeting people this way which is comforting to her because she may have guessed the reason for your nervousness was something worst.

Don't take rejections personally. Know that approaching in general takes a little courage and by doing so you've proven to yourself that it's really not that big of a deal. People have done it for thousands of years. Not everyone will be receptive to you for any variety of reasons like your looks, your vibes and so forth. That's perfectly fine.

Just keep trying as there's always someone out there who will appreciate it. You'll likely come off as nervous at first and that is normal. Just keep practicing to the point where it seems second nature to walk up and talk to people. Don't expect anything in return other than the experience of meeting a new person.

You have to be willing to take risks. You have to understand you will make mistakes but you need to learn from them. It's a process just like learning a new skill or doing something you've never tried before, and in the grand scheme of things, fucking up a pick up isn't life or death...maybe a bit embarrassing but it will go in time.

Mental rehearsal. Practice it in your imagination first imagine a lukewarm outcome , a great outcome and a rejection. Plan for how you will react in each circumstance and the place you will be executing it in.

As a musician sometimes I get nervous and I do a mental rehearsal before each gig it works really well.

People often comment on my poise and confidence but the reality I've worked out exactly what I'll do in a given circumstance.

Same with girls. I'm totally relaxed all the time.

Relaxing and just being in the moment is the secret.

I can only tell you what was a game changer for me. I spent a year in Turkey with the Air Force and when I had time to kill. I started reading. By the time I returned to CONUS I could talk to anyone. THAT was a difference maker. When you experience people hanging on your words, it’s a major confidence booster. Of course, there’s nothing quite like making it with the woman of your dreams, but that’s a discussion for another day.

Cold approach is from my experience not a good thing.

Women are big cowards and in general are in defensive mode when it comes to unknown men. Even if she finds you attractive that can be a case.

Also you don't know what is going on her life at the given time.

As for confidence, just have no expectations. No seriously, just don't care how you will carry on with her.
