i'll make it simple, if you don't have one of these to a decent margin then it means that's the main reason you are not seeing results.

1)EXPOSURE: most important factor imo, how many girls(new or known) do you intereact with every week?how many women do you talk with/meet?i don't care if you are a 10/10 facially if you don't meet any woman you are not gonna get laid. if in the past month you have intereacted with less than 5/7different women( excluding familiars or those who are not real options ) then you have low exposure. online dating matches who you are texting count as exposure because they have intention of dating s soince they are using the app, if you have less than 3 matches every month that's very low exposure.

HOW TO INCREASE EXPOSURE: there are many ways to do that and since the quality and quantity of girl differ based on which you use, you must base it on what your goal is (hook ups/LTR..).

-Online dating , this one should be used only if you are decent looking (6/10) , here you need to optimize your profile, and a big part of that is improving your pictures. There are many ways to do this, but I’ll focus on the most important one: the photos themselves. Try to take pictures that really complement your face. How do you do that? Take a lot of pictures from different angles, with various outfits and facial expressions, until you find the ones that look best.

You also need pictures that show your hobbies or lifestyle ,something that makes you stand out. For example, a photo of you doing something interesting like biking, hiking, or whatever you're passionate about.

-cold approach: this is the method that grants you the maximum exposure but it has the disadvanatge of being very focused on numbers game, you'll recieve a lot of rejections, but the important thing is to find a system to pick up girls , basically you use the same formula that is tweaked slightly based on the girl you approach, your goal is to get automatic, in the sense that with each approach you build confidence and improve your technique until it becomes natural, the thing about cold approach is that there is a fixed number of women you need to approach in order for one to say yes, for example let's say every 30 girls i approach 25 say no and one 5 says yes, if i improve my technique i will improve my law of numbers, it's really simple the only thing keeping you back is your fear of rejection when in reality it's rational : every approach you do you find one thing that can be improved on and you apply it on the next one. that's it, there's a lot of things i would like to say about this but post would be too long so if you want i can make a separate post about it.

if you do cold approach you need to approach at least 10 girls every month to get decent exposure.

if you are focused on hook ups parties are your best choice for cold approaching women.

-warm approch: this method doesn't give the same volume as cold approach but there are way less rejections, you need to expand your social circle to meet more girls and intereact with them- once your social circle becomes stable and you have a higher number of women you know personally , you pursue the ones who give you more choosing signals and flirt with them. warm approach only works if you meet/intereact with this woman at least once a week , for this reasons you need a structure that allows you to meet them costantly, shared hobbies is very effective as you have one thing in common and you can bond over that and over time flirt with them, being in the same social circle is also a great structure since you can meet them often if you hang out, any environment that allows you to meet the same women every week costantly can help you warm apporach women..

having the same job also counts but this is not the best option.

if you choose warm approach then you must at least have more than 3/5 girls you see costantly

you can also apply all the different approaches if you have time, but i think focusing if you are new allows you to yield better results, no matter what you do remember that you must have options, without option nothing happens.

2)SOCIAL SKILLS: how good are you at holding a conversation and leading it? at the bare minimum you must be able to hold a conversation where the other party doesn't get bored ideally they should be engaged ad interesed in what you say that' what it means to have social skills, being able to talk to different people and have a conversation that flows nturally with funny moments without awkward silences. to learn this it's pretty straightforward, talk to a lot of people become as talkative as you can be and try everyday to improve on something you lacked the day before.

if you itnereact with different people it's even better because you will learn to tweak your personality based on who you are talking to while still being you, which is a cheatcode since it allows you to talk with a vast number of people without creating awkward moments.

3)FLIRTING: no brainer, if you don't actively flirt/engage your options you will not move the relationship forward, if you talk a lot with them, make them laugh , hang out, that's great! but nothing will ever happen if you don't move things FORWARD, imprint this word in your head the relationship must move forward in the right direction, if you do't make any move nothing will change. Social skills allows you to form the relationship and flirting allows you to move it in the direction you want(romantic)

How to flirt , you need 3 things:

1)BODY LANGUAGE: mainly facial expression, strong eye contact and confident posture. smi

2)TEASING(provoking her by using lighthearted phrases) you must make her feel something when you do this, you tweak your words based on how she acts (can't delve too much into this butwith experience it becomes easier to do this )

3)COMPLIMENT HER: there are two things you must avoid simping for her and showing her zero attention: you must find a middle ground , the main objective of seduction is to make a woman feel something for you , you must generate feelings , if you compliment here frequently the feelings won't be intense because she's already used to them but if you do it occasionaly (when she least expects it) you will generate those feelings,

flirting scattered in a indefinite pattern that her brainc can't decypher work wonders on making her go crazy over you, so do it on the moments when it has the most impact

4)LOOKS: this is not about how good or bad you look compared to other men , it's about maximing your physical attractiveness, looks is one of the most important factors and it heavily influences the other factors in this list: if you look good you will need less exposure and less flirting /social skills.

height , face, body and style are the 4 factors on looks and excluding height they can all be be improved . you don't need to do much here, if you have acne try skin care, if you have crooked teeth useb braces, look at the mirror and see what can be improved and take the steps to improve it .

as for your body you'll get max results if you can get a lean 12-15% bodyfat phsysique with visible muscle or if you want also a bulkier(not fat) physique packs more muscle but still look aesthetic. i personally think being lean is the best choice as it also allows you to get a more defined face

regarding style it's even easier , look up on social media good-looking people who are similar to you and COPY them , same for your haircut see people similar to you who look great on a determinate haircut and COPY THEM, social media is litteraly a cheat-code to see trends and what girls like so use it at your advantage.

tldr: exposure , social skills, flirting and looks are the only things you need to care about when you try to increase your results and they compensate each other: if you look great you will need less exposure, social skills and flirting, if you are average looking you will need to compensate by working on exposure social/flirting skills and so on. this post was focused on exposure because i think it's the main issue for most guys
