You may be thinking about it from the wrong perspective.

You're looking at a date as one your ways to impress a woman and you want to stand out by offering unique ones.

Instead you should be looking at a date as a way for YOU to spend time getting to know her and assessing her.

When I'm interested in a girl enough to ask her out I'm not thinking, "Ok, how do I seal the deal with her?"

My mindset is more, "Ok, she's on the shortlist. Lets see how far she can get."

And there are definitely multiple women on that "shortlist" of mine.

At the end of a first date, while we were laying in bed, a few minutes after having sex for the first time, a girl once asked me, "Did you know this was gonna happen?" I said, "No, because I didn't know whether I wanted to have sex with you at the start of this date."

You should come at dating in general more from that place.

or better yet drinks at one spot, move to the next spot, ask if she wants to come over and then do the walk and go back

If you feel you are already connected and tension between you is clear than everything is good. If you just start, choose a place where you can provide the girl with lots of different emotions or potentially unique experiences, Stay creative but matcg your effort with her involvement. If you can, visit multiple places, something to eat, somewhere to walk and view, some private place for private conversation, Still, these are just a background, you should pay attention to your conversation and interactions, it's about you two, not about conducting a date project for school.
