I’m always happy I approached, no matter the outcome. Approached a gorgeous girl today and although she ended up having a boyfriend, we had a lovely interaction and it put me in a good mood nonetheless. I ALWAYS regret not approaching. Start with a hello; if she reciprocates, proceed to compliment something about her that isn’t inherently sexual, such as her clothes, shoes, tattoos, earrings, bracelets, etc…

After a while, focus on having a simple conversation and work on not running out of things to talk about; try not to touch on politics (unless she brings it up) or anything she expresses discomfort over

If she suddenly likes, for example, Pokémon, and you’re also into it, start an extensive conversation about that and work on both keeping her hooked on the subject, while also getting her to talk; chances are, if you keep opening up new conversations, she’ll fill in the rest with her thoughts about it

There are many things to say about hesitation, fear, paralysis, but in short, it’s all about feeling good and locking into a talkative, social state. It starts from your mindset. Listen to music, watch stand-up comedy, call a friend, do some jumping jacks or push-ups, take a cold shower, do whatever it takes to have a good mood.

I actually filmed myself with a spy cam, showing how I build the right mood for talking to girls.

Video 1 Entering a bar and staying there for a while to get that vibe > Video 2 Talking to the bartender > Video 3 Outside the bar, chatting with random people > Video 4 Asking for directions on the street, and by the end of that clip, I was fully in the mood to approach two girls.... but also here is VIDEO 5 I started a conversation with two girls while I was in a talkative mood. I didn’t care that I approached them from behind and almost startled them, I was already in flow. I even tried to crack a joke, even though their English was worse than mine. This wasn't instantly, but actually after warm-up.

just slowly increase the amount of approaches you do per session, allow yourself to do 10-20 in a session even if it takes 5-6 hours

eventually it'll feel annoying to spread them over so much time so you'll stop skipping as many sets

this is assuming you can already approach with decent form at least some of the time and just need to increase volume. if you're not there yet then you need to work on basic AA exercises and warmups to at least start doing some decent approaches

Prepare yourself, take a shower, wear your favorite clothes, take deep breaths, take proper posture, use cologne, make your hair, smile and for the most PREPARE A GOOD CONVERSATION PLAN. You can't be surprised that you freeze if you have no idea what to do. Also, sometimes there is just improper mood or circumstances, you can always choose a different target.

Short term solution: look up “Todd V Approach Anxiety” on YT.

Long term: go out multiple times a week. Eventually if you keep going, not taking action will hurt more than the pain of rejection, and you’ll just do it. That’s how I did it.

when thinking to do an approach, you face fearful emotions (which a negatif one) and we'll know how to struggle against bad emotions,

but be aware that you'll be facing negatif emotions any way, by avoind fearful emotions you'll be experiencing other one (for example "inferior" when you see a man less attractive than you seducing hot girls, or "regret" when thinking that you were so afraid from doing that approach, or despair by tryign classic ways to seduce girls ...)

so choose the best negatif emotions body

just tell your self, i wish if that girl could slap me, just i should face this emotion

Well you just have to understand that she will never make a move on you no matter how unfair and frustrating it is
