You know how when you start piano lessons they give you something simple like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star?

Yeah, its the exact same thing for cold approach.

If you expect to feel like a chad on your very first time doing it you're just setting yourself up for failure and you'll just end up whining on this sub about how game is a scam not because it's true but because you failed to be realistic with your expectations.

There's also a very good chance that both of you will be too scared to do anything at all and end up just spending the entire day talking about stuff you've read and videos you've seen, along with sharing stories about girls.

You may not feel that level of nerves right now but you will feel it on the day.

So my advice to you is to start with "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star." i.e. Start small. Start by asking for directions or giving compliments to shop keepers because they're paid to be nice to you.

Then if you're feeling good, give compliments to girls who aren't working.

But don't pressure yourself to do anything past the compliment. Be satisfied with giving a compliment and leaving.

Go with something like that instead of competing for who will get a number first, because you want to keep each other accountable to practicing this, not just who is the first one to get lucky, because in that first time, that's all it'll really be, just luck.

If you want this to make an actual difference in your life, you want to develop the actual ability to get consistent results, not just keep relying on luck.

Oh and as someone who has been doing seduction since 2009, has made all the mistakes I'm telling you not to, experienced all the benefits of doing it correctly, and has been out with hundreds of guys who have gone through the same thing, when you do this right, this will be one of the most fun and rewarding experiences of your life.

approaching strangers irl still terrifies me honestly but had to learn after apps burnt me out too. biggest thing: start with zero expectations (just practice conversations, not getting numbers). pick spots where people aren't rushing (parks > subway).

couple things that helped: reading models for mindset shift, been using gleam (basically duolingo for social skills) for conversation starters, practicing on cashiers first. the daily missions pushed me out of comfort zone gradually.

1 - Tell them that you think they are cute and would like to get to know them. Don’t just jump into asking them random questions without giving her context as to why you are there.

2 - Don’t go for mumbers. Aim to have a 10 min conversation first at least, and then if the vibe is right try to suggest going for a quick coffee or drink right there on the spot in some venue whereby where you approach her. You may want to just keep it simple. Main thing is to have fun. Look at it as a social experiment and don't take anything personally. Learn to laugh at anything negative that happens. Catch yourself if you start to think negative in any way. Keep it light and fun. Think, self amusement.

You can start with short interactions if you like. You can also do the "I'm new to this" type of approach. Just tell the girl you have never approached like this before, or you are new to this, etc... This can break the ice.

You can practice direct opens. Just tell her you thought she was cute, or attractive, or had an interesting look so you had to come over and say hello.

You can also practice indirect opens. Whatever pops into your mind in the moment, go with that. Something she is wearing, or her look, or something about the environment can work. Don't sit around thinking about it. You want to be present, not in your head overthinking. Don't spend 10 mins trying to figure out the perfect opener.

Topics can be where she is from, what does she do (student/work), what is she up to right now. You can ask these as questions, but also make statements. Are you from this city? Or you look like you are from this city.
