Create a llc s-corp is siblings name and have them pay you $300 a month use the paystubs when you go back to modify it

You where sub cap before... that amount was 1825 a month... This change does not impact you at this time on the face of the matter, since you are sub-cap. It might come up in the general mod cycle, but it is not a tiger in and of it's self. Also, on a side note if you last mod of the cs amount was settled at mediation, the bar for a mod is much higher(time to talk with your lawyer).

Also the 50/50 does not impact support in Texas, it is who has 'primary res', if your kids are old enough at this point you might look at flipping the primary, since the kid would be better to their pref.

I believe 50/50 doesn’t make a difference in TX. One parent is the primary parent and child support goes to whoever that is. You can bringing it up if your ex tries to increase child support but I don’t think your support amount will increase. Unless your take home pay was above the previous max of 9,200 you shouldn’t be affected. Child support is a percentage of your take home pay but anything over 11,700 may not be counted in calculating child support.
