Guys, wife wants to contest even though she initially said she won’t contest….my question is from this time till they file for discovery…will every penny you’ve spent be accounted for during division? If you take money out like 5k or 2K or 1k out will they say you’re cheating the process and would use it in their calculation?? Who has been in this situation before? For me she’s going strictly for my money.Any advise??
