1-2 times per 2 weeks. You can have multiple dates a week if you know you won't have time for it later though.

As for cheap dates, I date the kind of girls who are liberal like me so they prefer paying for themselves or they strongly prefer just walking in the city and being in my presence.

So because of this I go through the maps and press favorite on the chill spots like cafés, museums, pool/bowling spots, stuff like that. This way I can invite the girl to go somewhere from anywhere in the city: just gotta open the app, and it also feels spontaneous, which is a bonus. If she refuses, it's usually because she finds me more interesting than the activities offered. That's also when you can mention that you have to get home for a few minutes and let her come with you. And at home you can be playful and have lots of fun that will eventually lead to hugging and kissing.
