We need to talk about this. It’s much more commonly held beliefs than the manosphere. While the manosphere is widely mocked, the femisphere is celebrated and encouraged, especially for Gen Z. If you aren’t Gen z you might not be aware.

There is a rise of entitled women who think men owe them all these traditionally masculine qualities (providing, sacrificing, being a gentleman but only in a way that women like, assertiveness, etc). What do these women offer in return? Don’t bother asking them or they’ll call you transactional or tell you that women are the table or say that women bring their “feminine, nurturing energy”.

It’s reinforcing traditional gender roles, especially for men which are much harder to live up to. They shame men that call it out by calling them broke. The thing is, most of these women are exactly like the men they despise so much. The only difference is that they can hide themselves from criticism by the fact that they’re women.

It’s extremely regressive.
