You can wait and plan, but part of your plan needs to be standing your ground. Will it cause a fight? Hell yeah. Dust off your spine and call her out on her bullshit. She gives you crap about Kirkland parchment paper? Tell her to go her damn self next time. She may start backing off if she knows you're standing your ground on everything. If nothing else, you'll start setting some boundaries.

Have you told her how severe the situation is. Have you given her a chance to seek help. Have you communicated clearly in no uncertain terms?

Marriage is about compassion, patience and support. She is failing you, no 2 ways. But, always consider both sides. People don't choose to have mental health conditions, but they do choose what help they seek and the compassion they show for those that are hurt by it.

Make a conscious decision on if you want to own the vows you gave and make that effort with her.

You are in for a truly rough ride if you proceed with divorce, ultimately if things don't change it'll be for the best. However, I think no person (besides infidelity and physical abuse) should leave without the most frank and transparent communication, often with the help of a professional.

That's my $0.02, some people will be angry at this take... Usually because they themselves are biased or didn't try hard enough.

File and file asap. The longer you stay , the more it will cost you financially. Be strategic . You can still avoid all the court room drama and expensive litigation between lawyers. After filing, negotiate with her directly to reach an agreement. Be creative & flexible in finding solutions & have your lawyer draw up the settlement agreement. You could still live together and coparent until your children finish school.

Don't just leave the house, stay and start planning your exit but during this time try to work and talk to her to see if she can make adjustments. Tell her if things don't change you will divorce her. Then if she is unwilling to compromise, you can then file for divorce knowing you did all you could. Maybe suggest couples therapy as well.
In the end you will have to decide if you can live like this or if its too unhealthy. All the best!
