The important thing to ask yourself about these questions is, what emotional state will this invoke in her, and do I want her to relate to me through the lens of that emotion?

The best question you have on here is "What topic has piqued your interest recently?" What emotional state will that invoke in her? Interest. Do you want her to relate to you through the lens of feeling interest? Yes, it's a good place to start.

The worst question you have on here is "What is it like being a doctor in a room full of non-doctors?" What emotional state will that invoke her? This is a wild card, because it could be discomfort, superiority, feeling separate, but it could also be proud or feeling valued and needed. Do you want her relating to you through the lens of her being special and you being ordinary? Probably not.

We could improve the "What topic has piqued your interest recently?" question by making it juicier. Because a recent interest could be just a mild interest. We want an incredible, amazing, gigantic, unbelievable interest. Adjectives are your friend here. "What is the most unbelievably interesting topic that you have ever explored?" Can you feel the difference between those?

Replace "interest" with any other emotion you want her to relate to you through the lens of. Interest is a good start, but you can make it juicier with: attraction, connection, love, safety, trust, desire, craving, etc. Your open-ended questions should really be aimed at getting her emotional juices going.

These kinda questions are only good if you just start learning how to approach people in general. Like an HR personnel asking interview questions to you; “tell me more about yourself” kinda stuff.

Imagine you’re at a BBQ party at someone’s house, and you see this guy busy with his grill. Then both of you start talking, even for 30 mins to an hour. The convo flows naturally, you guys crack some jokes and drink beer together. It feels like you’ve known him for a while. Barely any questions asked either by you or him. He basically just says something random then you respond. And vice versa. You guys pretty much talk about almost anything. Imagine a conversation that doesn’t feel like a job interview; a genuine one between friends. Are you feeling the vibe from that kinda interaction? Or you’ve even had that kinda convo with a random guy in the past? Is the vibe familiar to you?

Now keep the same vibe in your mind and bring it with you whenever you talk to a girl. The result would be like exactly like that, that she’ll feel that she’s known you before, like you’re not a stranger to her. That’s how you speed up the process. If you wanna approach a friend from your social circle, it usually takes months or even years to finally get her in bed. You need catalysts to make it way faster, even with a random girl, from months to only a few weeks, from a few weeks to only within days. This is one of them.

Lower the bar of how good something has to be to come out of your mouth. Basically don’t filter so much

*Do filter racist/sexist/toxic/hateful thoughts - for most people this shouldn’t be a common occurrence but we are all human and have dark thoughts sometimes too.

This is a great practice to internalize in all interactions when socializing(women & men)

Those questions are fine. But ask questions that you genuinely are curious about in order to get to know her better. If you just brainstorm questions to fill time then you're trying way too hard. Listen to what she's talking about and follow it up with anything that both grabs your interest or allows her to elaborate on something you aren't as clear on.

Your first mistake is even focusing on asking questions. Dont ask questions. Do what is called "cold reading". Make an assumption about her, i.e. doctor, you must hate talking to people after seeing patients all day. You will either A: bond because wow how did you know that or B: be corrected and get insight about her.
