Sounds silly, but a criteria of girls I talk to is "ones that like me". If they definitely don't, why waste energy on them?

You gotta find out why you feel rejected. We guys can’t accept a bitter reality that she chose someone else over us. But the problem is; when she talks to us, we think that she chooses us. But that thinking is incorrect.

The talking phase is like people walking around in a flea market. They talk to sellers, asking them what they sell or how much their product is. Doesn’t mean they’ve decided to buy. Yes they’re exploring and thinking of buying, but until that happens they can always walk away. Imagine you as a seller spending 5-7 minutes to a customer and she just walks away. This is why some sellers decide to lower their price when that happens. The willingness of a customer to walk away implies that “you need me more than I need you” or “I got options while you don’t.”

While some other sellers choose to stay grounded, thinking “I know my (products) value, even tho you walk away it’s gonna be your loss not mine. I’m not gonna sell it at a loss because you’re walking away and talking to another seller.”

Heck, they can even return the products after buying it. Buyer’s remorse. In dating world; People ghost their dates even after having sex, or after multiple dates, or after being introduced to their family members.

Yes, rejection is not a good thing to deal with. It’s an evolutionary trait in our genes; we feel happy when being included and feel sad when being excluded or left behind. The sooner we get into an acceptance phase that it’s part of normal process in our life, the faster we’re able to move on.

As for admitting complete defeat. Imma condense a real story that happened to me. Got rejected by girls. Received enthusiastic invitation from a more beautiful / smarter / cooler / more fun girl while I was sleeping.

If I knew that prior, I wouldnt have felt so fucking terrible about the rejection. It litteraly was not about my self worth / beauty / competence / whatever flaw I could zone on myself.

And she was litteraly better. Kind if weird of how life works, gets rejected by little above average, gets wanted by a fucking goddess. Like what the hell. Well its real. If I knew this sory in advance id have said thank you for rejecting me, you have a nice day
