I know that I'm going to have to move soon. Question is, do I get an apartment or buy a house? The last decade+ we've bought a new house which I then renovate and we sell for a profit. I'm kind of over that. Can afford to buy something move in ready, but it will inevitably come with maintenance that I refuse to pay for. An apartment, I just put in a call. Financially it obviously makes more sense to buy. But, might be nice to not have to worry about the maintenance.
