Went in for an ex parte petition for custody. I won't even get into the details, let's just say my wife has a long history of putting herself before the children, including abuse and neglect, the house is falling apart, and all of our children want to live with me. Our 2 adult children have now said they are disowning her after today.

I submitted plenty of evidence and documentation. And not talking narratives, taking I have a degree in criminal justice and I have a chain of custody for actual evidence that could be used in a criminal conviction. Countless hours of compiling emails, Our Family Wizard messages, agreements, texts, photos, etc. all submitted to the court and properly served. Her response was an easily falsifiable narrative. I literally gave stamped court documents showing her timeline wasn't even close to accurate. She responded again with a very short narrative. I responded with evidence again refuting her claims.

All tolled my petition and responses were over 200 pages- 2-5 page declarations followed by pages and pages of exhibits to back it and chain of custody documentation.

Her complete submittal all tolled is about 3 pages of narrative with no supporting documentation.

The judge didn't even read it. They claimed my statements in court were unverified and hearsay- I referenced the submittal and it being properly served, the judge replied "yeah, ok" and proceeded as if I hadn't even spoke.

Her attorney spoke, the judge took notes and turned them into orders.

I spoke and was chastised in a condescending tone.

She argued the status quo was with her... It wasn't, I had all of the children for 97% of April. The judge used that to say "well they need more time with mom then", and gave me 4 days a month going forward. I protested, she said "those are my orders". I thanked the judge.

I was calm and respectable the whole time. I stated my objection many times, they were treated as laughable and a disruption.

They ordered in her favor on all accounts.

Today, she permanently destroyed her relationship with all 7 of our children. They will NEVER forgive her for this. Ever.

Our community is also overwhelmingly in my favor. I have a very well known reputation as a youth mentor after 10+ years of volunteering as a youth leader in high level positions- literally running county level programs for free. Everyone knows me and who I am. By doing this, she permanently ruined her reputation and revealed her character to the small community.

As terrible as this day was... It is a GREAT thing. It is the beginning of the end for her.

By the end of today I'm booking a trip to Hawaii with my new free time, before they hit me with spousal and child support.
