It felt like a really healthy read, both calling out many mainstream gaslighting bullshit and pointing out how the toxic masculine stereotypes around strength and sexual performance basicly silences victims - even if the numbers are astonishing.

Made me realize how much verbal assault is so common nowadays, especially by this loud and narcistic pop-feminism kind of garls, who often cope with being basicly machos themself.

It let me think of this important essay of Popcultural Detectives 7 years ago, so i wanted to link that and yeah, bump that good read as it was quite eye-opening and really helps to sort through frustration that is in huge part due to this silencing and playing-down of male experiences.
