We submitted discovery documents 4/30, hearing is next Friday morning. I asked my lawyer if we would meet to go through discovery documents etc and he just basically told me “not necessary, see you at the hearing”.

So, what can I expect? And what’s the likelihood that the judge makes decisions that day?

We have essentially agreed on everything except the house. I want to sell, she wants to refinance and cash me out. I don’t like the idea of that because you can’t refinance 100% of the equity value. It would be like 80-90%. I also know she can’t afford the mortgage payment on her own.

What’s the likelihood that the judge forces the sale? And if so, how much time would he likely allow for this be done?
