Had a bad day in court. To sum it up briefly, I hired an attorney who did not provide documentation to OC or give me documentation along the way. I find out after it was too late, that my pleadings were struck. Tried without success to get a continuance.

Long story short, my back was against the wall and it was a windfall judgment for my ex. In essence she received it all and I’m left in a bad place financially.

Has anyone been through this, I really need some help if you have been through this to provide some pointers.
