Misandrists in addition to denying misandry exists or isn't serious (false on both counts) also often like to claim that sexism against men isn't real and it's impossible for women to be sexist to men. Which is also false. Sexism goes both ways and both genders can be sexist against each other. It's wrong and unacceptable either way, but misandrists always have every excuse and justification imaginable for it. They'll go with with their usual diatribe of how women have never held power like men have, men can never experience what women do, etc. ignoring the fact there's plenty of women in power and organizations like the UN (especially with their UN Women branch) that only further re-enforce misandry. You've also got some female celebrities who are openly misandrist against men and face no blowback for it at all, like Sabrina Carpenter, who's called men "stupid and useless" at her concerts. A male celebrity calling women stupid and useless, it'd be World War III and you know it. And you know what, a male celebrity saying such a remark about women would be just as bad as what Carpenter said about men, because again, sexism is something that goes both ways no matter how much misandrists want to deny it or try to make sexism a purely female-only issue.

I hate it. Sexism is wrong no matter what and absolutely women can be sexist to men just like there's men sexist against women. Misandry and misogyny are both disgusting forms of hate. As a mostly very liberal person it's so embarrassing and cringey people associate being liberal with hating men and denying misandry exists and that female-on-male sexism exists, and not calling out misandrist celebrities like Sabrina Carpenter.
