In this situation, the best defence is offence. Don't sit back and try to explain/rationalise/argue your way out of this ("I only read it casually...")

Go on the offensive. It will be difficult to find shots to take. You could deny the allegations, and then call her out for what she is trying to do; to spread useless gossip and tarnish your image. Say that you're not phased by the opinions of such petty people, and A&A your way forward. This aspect of not taking it seriously is important; otherwise you will look butt hurt.

Do not get sucked in to debating the legitimacy of TRP views. Avoid a gender issues debate; it will destroy you. Focus on calling her out.

Tread very carefully and think your moves out with great detail and planning. Secure any allies you have to work with you, and force any enemies you have to work for you. If you do all of this correctly, you'll come out stronger than before because people will know you have balls.

Whether or not the username history she found was yours is irrelevant - if she says otherwise, you can derail that along the lines of "It's not relevant to anyone here what colour underwear you're wearing, or how many people you've slept with, and if you told them, they wouldn't care anyway".
