I think the MRM is very microscopic compared to feminism. Issues like getting resources for male victims of DV or fighting infant circumcision are such huge problems to grapple with. I think they have more than enough on their plates with the issues they are covering now. I don't see going for "special rights" as being a good idea anyway.

What would be an example of a special right you would want?

Because a) we're not that kind of scum and don't want to sink to their low, and b) it wouldn't even work for us.

We have 50 fucking years of scientific research showing consistently that men experience domestic violence at the same rates as women, we're arguing simply for the same protection and support for male victims of DV, and we won't get even that! Posturing as the Eternal Victim like feminists do will just get us mockery and disdain, and actually diminish our not exactly stellar chances for support to "snowflake in hell" territory. As evidenced by the feminist rhetoric regarding the Male Loneliness Epidemic (which they caused, by their destruction of male-only spaces where men could form friendships), or incels who mostly just wallow in their misery.

We don’t need feminism for men, 1 toxic ideology is enough already, plus society is mostly gynocentric so feminists take advantage of that but men don't get the same resources so the focus should be on the main issues

Any 'ism' is usually about tribalism, and that is about who they are and where they were brought up.

Everyone feels the world would be better if everyone thought and acts like they do. That they are oppressed and are treated unfairly by the 'others'

The irony is that we are all alike in a relative way.

You can't stop 'isms'.

The world will basically follow the path of those who accomplish more and will leave the path of those that just complain and blame.

As you can see now, feminism is starting to fail as its turning into complaining and blaming. No one respects that.

So I am hoping men don't go down the complaining and blaming route and stick to the being proud of accomplishments. We are extremely good at accomplishing things!! We don't need to blame.

a movement advocating for men’s rights is unnecessary because the society we live in caters to men. true feminism seeks equity, which women do not have. as a man, you do have special rights and considerations (in most cases). men do have a history of oppression but not on the axis of gender— you’re likely to be discriminated against for other factors, like race or sexuality. what is so hard to grasp?

Well feminism is equality, not supremacy. So ideally it would benefit men as well.
