Yeah. I've been gone for a while again. I've been busy enjoying the success that comes from a no fucks given excuse-adverse existence. I figured I'd drop off a few little things for you boys.

First off, stop whining and making fucking excuses if you are doing that. No one respects that dumb shit and it's the biggest signal of low value you can display. The same goes for getting defensive when someone hits your soft spots, harden the fuck up if you don't like it. Don't be mad someone found that shit and jabbed it to watch you cringe.

Hang the fuck up on people who waste your time about some bullshit on the phone. If there's a purpose to the call fulfill it and say bye and hang up and if there's no purpose to it, tell that person you don't have time for their shit say bye, hang up. Same with texts, unless there's a clear objective to fulfill, don't write back. I've noticed that since I started acting like this people actually stopped wasting my time. I know way too many guys in my life that want to do things in the nicest possible way good don't make good use of their time. If you're in the middle of something and your wife comes to you about some stupid crap tell her your talk to her later and finish what you're doing. The same goes for anybody co-workers your kids you will know when it's important enough to drop what you're doing and listen.

Now on to some fun stuff. And the past few months I've dropped a few percentage points in body fat was already pretty good but changed up a lot of my methods got a serious lifting plan. I came to realize that my confidence was through the roof I was saying things that I would usually keep to myself. I was genuinely expressing myself as my true self. I openly flirt with women in front of my wife make jokes and say naughty things. And no one even gets mad at me. No one even gets offended. This is because everybody sees the work I put into myself, and the confidence and belief I have in myself.

I have achieved a new level I didn't even think I can get to at one point before. I'm at a point where I can't even help but to put my energy out everywhere I go with everything I do. Women approach me and flirt with me sometimes overtly. And most others with a few back and forth sentences I can have eating out of the palm of my hand. I can not explain how it works except for that I put in work valued myself and worked at getting better at everything I do and taking pride in everything I do and not letting people waste my time. In addition to all this I seem to be acutely aware of what people are thinking and feeling and I don't even know why it's like this unseen Force.

I can't believe I lived any other way at any other point in my life then How I Live Now. I am completely switched on and awake. I believe that if I can do this anyone can. You have to actually learn to like yourself and live your life as though you do. Some of you hate yourself so much you let everyone else around you make your life decisions for you you never do what you want you do what other people tell you. If you do that you will always be miserable. It's not that hard you don't need any special techniques. You need to actually like yourself because if you don't no one will. I've lived that life I know.
