So, I've been working on TRP-oriented stuff in my marriage for about 6 months - and for the most part, everything is going great. We've both lost a lot of weight, I've gotten in better shape - our sex life has gotten better and, I feel, our general marriage rapport has gotten better.

My question revolves around how to get her to do other more feminine things (she was very tomboyish, but has gotten significantly more feminine over the course of our relationship) - such as wearing mascara, or thongs (as opposed to unattractive granny panties), or wearing pink - things like that which I associate with femininity.

She does wear dresses, but not for the frequency that I'd like (very rarely other than when I tell her to do so). I've brought these up in conversations but she's quite quick to shut them down - partly because I assume she underestimates how significantly I enjoy them.

For the most part, these are things that are outside of her comfort zone, and getting her to try them - or more specifically - try to get used to them. Not just trying once, claiming she doesn't like it, then shutting it down for good.

What are good ways to sort of encourage and push and reward this behavior?
