You know what's not attractive? Snooping on your wife and being an insecure, needy manchild.

She should be worried about you getting some on the side, because high value men attract women.

I know you're equating the drop-off in sex to her getting her needs met elsewhere. The more likely story is that she isn't attracted to you. Same as every other man here. And when you're insecure, she's even less attracted, creating a negative cycle.

Worry less about her and lift more.

How about this? why not just start living your life and be a better man....sounds radical yeah? You can sit there all day and wonder if the woman you are with is cheating on you or you can spend that energy on being a great guy.

If she is cheating...and yeah that's likely you need to start living as single. Show her through your actions, she leaves or doesn't straighten up, what she will be missing.

The best revenge is to become a better version of yourself. She knows how to keep a relationship. stop trying. Figure out your path. Walk it.

This is the typical situation where a man catches his wife/GF sexting/texting other guys or in various degrees of an emotional affair, or planning something with another guy. He finds out. He confronts her. She breaks down, confesses problems, promises not to do it again.

As Archwinger has said, all this does is teach her how better to cover her tracks. It teaches her what to do to avoid getting caught. It teaches her what to say, what to look for, the warning signs, all of which help her keep it more secret. It might still be going on. It might not. But if it is, she's learned better OPSEC and is being even more cloak and dagger about it.

Next time you see or suspect it, you just let it play out, then either break up or file the divorce papers. You don't try to stop it. You can't.

Stellar advice !!!!! Truth is have had been doing my own thing a lot. But at some point I dropped off. Maybe my frame was week and I got sucked back into hers? She has been different ever sense I started talking about starting my own business. I honestly think she is afraid of what will happen if I succeed But what I'm quickly learning is it all comes back to me. I have have to work towards my best self. but hay I like to work and I like to work out. Never had a problem getting a date. So I have no reason to not be optimistic Thanks for the input !
