Gym 3 to 4 times a week religiously. I love going. It's therapy for me and has become a foundation to address the weaknesses in my life.

Going in for a vasectomy in a couple days. That means 2 weeks of no lifting at all. 3 to 4 weeks of not lifting heavy.

Diet has been on point for the most part. Got down to about 173 before building back muscle.

Wondering what I should focus on from a diet perspective over the next 2 to 3 weeks. I'm leaning towards dropping some lbs. since I can't lift anyway but am wondering what you guys would do with a 3 to 4 week forced layoff from lifting.

Dreading losing even an inch of gains in this process but I need to lock down birth control as I want to get the most out of my business trip ONSs. Sometimes I don't fully enjoy the heat of the moment because I get that nagging angel on my shoulder dropping "what if you get this rando pregnant" bullshit in my head.
