I (28y.o.) only recently found this reddit, so hopefully it is the right place to post!
I always want to have dinner ready by the time my husband gets home at a little after 5PM. I get back from picking up the kids from school around 4PM, and I always have to deal with them for a while after, so I don't usually start cooking till 4.30 or 4.45. This isn't usually enough time to cook good meals in time for my husband, unfortunately.
Do any of you ladies have advice on quick meals for a large (3 kids, including a newborn) family? Or alternatively, how to make up for not having dinner ready when my husband gets home?
