Have you shifted your personal outlook and life's plans or goals as a result of red pill awareness?

How could I not? The biggest change I'm aware of so far has been how easy it is to anticipate my wife's reactions. Best example is when I started lifting again after coming here. I was convinced that what I was reading here was right, but the first day that I went into the spare room with my weights was the day that truth really took hold.

I lifted weights that old me would have laughed at, but the rush of getting back to it was enough to improve my mood. When I finished and went to the kitchen to make a shake, I had my epiphany.

While I was lifting, my wife had baked a cake.

That's not a normal occurrence in our house. I saw it on the stove and immediately recognized the frosted shit test for what it was. Intentional sabotage, frosted with guilt and sprinkled with plausible deniability. Looking at it, I knew exactly how the next few weeks were going to go. Any time I worked out would be an opportunity for her to shit test. She'll guilt trip me for not eating that cake she made 'just for me.' She was going to use the time I was lifting to clean the house frantically, then pout when I was done and tell me how I never help around the house. She'll have fast food as the top option whenever there's a question about what's for dinner. And in a couple weeks when she realizes I'm serious about lifting again, she'll stop all of those things and use the time that I'm lifting to put on the workout dvds she had asked me to download for her back when I was in better shape.

I realized all of that just by looking at a fucking cake. Two weeks later when I heard Jillian Michaels playing in the living room while I was in between sets, I just smiled and went back to it.

It made me digest that really everything she does is a reaction to me, and that the best, if not only, way for her to be happy was to make myself happy while ignoring her attempts to resist my change.

No relationship with a woman will ever grant long lasting satisfaction in its own right.
A long string of medium term girlfriends and casual sex relationships well into old age is a valid option -- and probably the best one if sexual gratification is the prime objective
You can get all the pussy with none of the resource commitment
Weakness dries all pussies
Same with familiarity
No amount of appeasement will make a woman happy (or aroused)
Most humans are wired for polygamy (males) and hypergamy (females)
It was only through use of force and coercion that monogamy became tenable
Now the cat is out of the bag and it ain't going back in -- we'll see where this leads in a few generations.
Why should a man commit when he can maintain his freedom, have a more fulfilling sex life, and keep all his money by staying single?
If I'm going to settle for a late 20s / early 30s post-carousel liberal values woman, you can be damn sure it won't be until I'm at least in my 50s

In a way it impacted everything. Too many things to wrap them up in a short post. But here are some points:

I gave up is the desire to raise a familiy
I even doubt I want a relationship at some point in the future
friendships aren't what I believed them to be
made myself familiar with the thougt that everybody you deal with has an agenda that often doesn't have any benefits for you
I didn't learn to be a man as boys/ adolescents used to; I basically was a boy in a man's body
realized all the ways I was manipulated by my surroundings and the people in my life
realized I have only limited time on this earth, wether or not I manage to live happy

All of this was a real shock, but it gets better, because I see ways now to take action.

I want a woman around, but more to have someone to fuck, who plays with my dogs when I'm busy, that is there when it takes two people to do something, and doesn't bitch about inane shit and ask for money.

Until I find one that fits, I'm in no hurry to have one around, and I learned not to fuck the ones I am not fond of. Can't get rid of them easily. Sex is a 'whenever I decide to go get some' thing, not the driving force of my life like it used to be. Im picky about women, even if she looks good I won't be interested if her attitude and personality is shit. I don't need sex or bitches so bad that I will put up with that crap.

I'm not looking for a best friend I can fuck. I have best friends, one does get fucked but she earns it. I'm waiting to see if I can bump into someone of quality, I'm too busy with my life to take the time to actively go look. If I never meet one, no problem, its easy to get laid, even by young hot chicks half my age, but there is no fucking way any woman will ever live with me again. I'm making sure of that, and a tiny home with a huge shop full of cars gets the message across that she is not my priority. GTO > females.

All the bad shit that fucked up my life multiple times due to women has been identified and cut out of my psyche. I won't make those mistakes again, I won't listen to the bullshit Disney princess propaganda, I see women for what they are, not what they claim to be. I still like them, but I won't love one again, its a one way street. They can earn my trust, but just like a man, one fuck up and its gone. I will cut anyone out of my life permanently if they do something egregious enough to warrant that action, and I have, even family members and their kids.

I'm in this world alone, I count on myself, and appreciate what others do for me, but I don't expect it. I prefer being alone, because nobody can take from me, nobody can waste my resources, and its pleasant having only my dogs around, when bigfoot isn't coming by to play tekken.

Marriage will likely result from knocking someone up. Myself and a many friends all got into marriage this way. As did my wife's parents, my parents, etc. etc.

I would caution you to only LTR someone considered marriage material.

Absolutely. It's most obvious in my living situation. I own my own home. Part of that decision, when I made it, was because I would "have a family some day." There were other reasons in there like I needed a garage where my motorcycles wouldn't get stolen, I wanted a yard for my dogs, I didn't want to share walls because of DJ'ing and guitar, etc, BUT a family was part of the equation.

Going forward, I made choices on how to fill that house based on that same concept of family. Now, having discovered the red pill, fuck it. My dining room is now my DJ room. The nursery is now my studio, one of the spare bedrooms has nothing in it but a shitty mattress...and all my gun maintenance paraphenalia. I am no longer going to compromise my life so that is more palatable for some lady. And truth be told, if that family is still in the cards, a woman moving into my home is going to have a battle on her hands to get me to relinquish any of my current setup to better suit her.

To be honest I agree: I found for the really hot women, game is fundamentally essential. Other things like fashion and lifting helps supplement game.

However for a guy for amazing attractiveness, I would say game is the lynchpin that holds all the other things together. The more keys within the lynchpin, the more SMV you have.

For me, it seems like when I get better at dealing with women, I also get better in dealing with all the other BS that crops up in life. I started by fixing the foundation (i.e. lifting, diet, finances...) and I am still in that stage, but I'll be damned if it doesn't seem like everything gets better.

Currently I am examining my thoughts on appropriate expectations to have, as well as how to subtly pump for, and digest, more information from people in general, and women, in specificity.

It has been a rough road letting go of the 'we are all equal' bullshit. Frankly, it feels like those thoughts still haunt my interactions, but it sure is getting better. It helps me to try to remember that I wouldn't actually be attracted to someone who wanted the shit I want.

Absolutely. I could write for pages in response, but I will focus on one significant shift in my personal outlook: I have accepted my role as the man in my marriage, and I have let go of the frustrations of wanting to have an ‘equal partner.’

My former BP-self carried immense frustration and confusion over the inequities between myself and my wife. I had been conditioned to believe we should be equals, and my motivation for life was greatly reduced after years of feeling like I didn’t have this equal partner, that I was carrying the majority of the work/responsibility load, that she would never do her part.

Now I embrace my capacities and responsibilities, and I have shifted my focus from inequity to gratitude for recognizing reality. I am accomplishing much more than before, and I am not resenting her for what I formerly perceived as shortcomings. I have set new goals with an understanding that I, alone, am responsible for their achievement, and I have more motivation and discipline than I thought was possible. While it was bitter to let go of my former beliefs about how things “should be,” I am much more satisfied operating from a foundation of reality.

This has brought a tremendous improvement in my attitude, outlook, and approach to life’s challenges.

Dude you have no idea. I basically realized the fix was in. That my old man and my mom were in on it. That every time I did some assholish, cocksure move I felt a twinge of feminist-indoctrinated guilt and told myself "I am a better man than that." Experience teaches harshest but teaches best is a quote i see around your stuff alot. But its all about perspective. 3 months ago the red pill could have pushed me deeper down the rabbit hole because it challenged my ENTIRE WORLD VIEW. It would have been so violent a change that my brain would have had to just convince me, "no this is all just BS. Just keep doing what you are doing." But when I found the red pill I had already gone through the hardest, most traumatic parts of my divorce. So i was primed to see the benefit of a new outlook, a new approach to viewing the world. Not gonna lie, the fact that this whole thing is connected to a Matrix quote doesn't add an air of sophistication or significance to Men's rights. But you do. Rollo, you are by far the most sophisticated writer in the manosphere and I credit you most of all with taking amazing concepts and using proper language and not vernacular slang to edify your audience and raise the intelligence of the whole room.

This. It will take at least one generation for things to get back on track. I am in my 30s and the amount of dudes my age walking around wearing Ninja turtles t-shirts is not acceptable. The economic downturn really helped solidify this generation's Betaness. I was lucky in that I got out of college and got into a career right before the recession and subsequent devaluing of all liberal arts degrees. So i was able to move out and be independent. But my brother is 28, still lives at home and i truly believe his dependence on my parents and the welfare state of society will keep him from reaching his full potential if he doesn't swallow the red pill and get to work building his value (he is super ripped, a college grad, and a6'7" pussy magnet, so he's got that going for him).
