It surprises me how true this is. I got busted in college for some drug stuff and went to jail for 5 months. That was 10 years ago .. and no one would guess since I've been very successful in my career. I mention my history to girls I get more serious with .. and first it's a little bit of shock, then almost always they become more attracted to me.

There is good and bad crossfit.
On the bad side there are the "perform as many as possible in a certain time period" exercises, lack of quality control on coaches and a lack of SMART goals.
On the good side there are some really knowledgeable people and good coaches associated with crossfit. It focuses on big movements instead of putting people on a machine and the programming is usually pretty solid if you don't have any specific goals.
I cringe every time I see some poor soul do one of those swinging pullups but I have also learned a lot from guys like Kelly Starret. Also getting more people into oly lifting is pretty awesome and totally worth the occasional injury due to horrendous coaching.

You will see obvious advantages from bodybuilding. Crossfit is just a waste of time when it comes to exercise, and it's a social joke. Talk about your crossfit workouts with others and prepare to look like a tool in front of men and women alike.

Bodybuilding works, strength training also works. All that counts is muscle fatigue. Bodybuilding and strength training is getting more and more similar because people are finding out that as long as you fucking work hard you get bigger (assuming correct diet obviously). People always get really defensive about this and that program or training method while in the end as long as you do the big movements, do a lot of work and make sure the work is progressively harder you will get bigger. Yes crossfit is bad if it's just some dude jumping on the hype so he can post his workout on his fb page and wiggle on a pullup bar but man there are some seriously big dudes who also call what they do crossfit.
Two people can do two entirely different programs and both call it crossfit or bodybuilding. Two dudes can do exactly the same program but one calls it crossfit and the other strength training and they will have an hour long argument arguing for the same thing. Either you except that there are multiple ways to do things and that the world is not entirely black/white or you stay on the circlejerk and yell whenever someone mentions crossfit.
Also fuck you if you lift because you want to pull 3 times your body weight off the floor, all that matters is girls amiright? (Ok it is actually all about girls but because of the paradox that if you make it all about girls you don't get all the girls and if you make it all about yourself you do get all the girls I say fuck girls and let me have fun trying to pull 3xbw).
Also I guess we will be arguing about semantics soon and we probably both largely agree with eachother so cheers and hope you make some good gains!

Best case scenario is all in one package, the man the article discusses (not necessarily "beta" bucks, but a man who is successful in the material world as well as the sexual). In reality this is a rare case. The more desirable traits chained together the less likely the person exists.

They are not without risk. They are just much less risky than popping oxycodone or shooting heroin, in my opinion.
There also seems to be some deeper, longer-lasting benefits to Kratom that are not evident in harder downer drugs.
All of this fuels my superstition that naturally occurring ready-to-eat psychoactives (like psilocybin and kratom) have some kind of benevolent teleology behind them, that they are spiritual tools for human progress and understanding. I reject any actual metaphysics suggesting that but I like the idea on a poetic level.
Finally, from what I hear a Kratom addiction is vastly easier to kick than a typical heroin or pill addiction, just in case one is stupid enough to consume too much too often.

16, but every strain, batch, brand, etc., are different. You must experiment starting with a low dose and making your way up. I use some less potent stuff so I have to take more than you would with high potency batches. (I buy them in capsules)

I have 2 kinds that I'll use once a week each when I go out to parties / bars / clubs. I use Happy Hippo 1 and Red Hot Hippo. The Kava that GLL recommends (from Happy Hippo vendor, one of the only vendors that sells Kava in its proper form) is the king though. It's the best anxiolytic I've ever tried, and it has no side effects and no tolerance.

Yes and I would highly recommend it. I got it from the same source he recommends on his site and am quite pleased. They included a free 1/3 oz sample with my order as well.
As far as taste is concerned it's not all that different from a very bitter tea-powder. I just eat it and down it with a sprite.

Kratom is great. I used to be into all manor of drugs and was heavily addicted to heroin and painkillers for a number of years. I'm now clean and although I smoke weed, I don't drink or use any other drugs. My detox from opioids took over 2.5 years and now I'm off them, my cravings are pretty bad. Started using kratom A couple of weeks back and it's really made an impact.
I don't get "high" from it like slamming oxys, but it gives me a massive buzz and elevates my mood to perfection. Also gives me a ton of motivation and energy of which I usually have none. It's no opioid substitute or cure-all natural remedy but for someone like me with years and years of opioid tolerance built up and pretty high expectAtions from drugs in general, it more than makes me happy. I'm going to be using this for the foreseeable future and only wish I had tried it sooner. After having done every illegal drug known to man, you kind of ignore the legal ones. Big mistake. This stuff could have really helped me get control of my drug addiction, however I'm perfectly happy just being able to enjoy it now without having to rely on it for some kind of alternate fix.
Definitely visit r/kratom. They are super helpful and made some great recommendations for me as a first timer.

It's been the largest factor in my success- more so in my uber-beta years. For the most part I have done well financially and I have a pretty high intellect. I can talk politics, business, history, art, religion etc. and do well in a cocktail party situation.
I also have a modest (in the past definitely took it to stupid levels) desire for risky behavior. While the women I am with will often give me a "how am I with you" as the roll their eyes when I recount my stories, the same women will gladly join in such bad behavior so they can "be part of the story".
I will also switch from an academic voice (educated, proper grammar, bug words) to "neighborhood guy" (dat's a nize sammich, got good salami on dat one).

It's been a while since i've read up on them, but from my understanding once you place them in an irrevocable trust you technically don't own whatever it is anymore, and therefore is protected in divorce and the value protected from raising child support payments
A trust that can't be modified or terminated without the permission of the beneficiary. The grantor, having transferred assets into the trust, effectively removes all of his or her rights of ownership to the assets and the trust.
Even after being married, an i.trust can be set up and has withstood divorce proceedings
Mrs. Loomis, at the beginning of her marriage, set up an irrevocable trust and funded it with a life insurance policy, worth $0.09 at the time. Over the years, the value of the life insurance policy grew. The Loomis's were married for about 10 years and filed for divorce. Mr. Loomis attempted to have the current value of the life insurance ($55,567.04) included in the marital assets. The court disagreed, because the life insurance policy was owned by an irrevocable trust that was NOT set up in anticipation of a divorce. The entire value of the trust was left out of the marital assets even though this trust was set up after the marriage!
First, one of the most appealing advantages of an irrevocable trust over a prenuptial agreement: YOUR FIANCEE DOESN'T HAVE TO KNOW AND DOESN'T HAVE TO SIGN ANYTHING!
When there is an irrevocable trust involved, a judge will only look to see if the assets in the trust are part of the marital assets and if not, the judge will exclude them.
A prenuptial agreement can be challenged using many different strategies. A prenuptial agreement doesn't protect against excessive child support. With an irrevocable trust, in most cases, you can pre-determine what assets go to your children, when they are given and under what circumstances.
You can settle a challenge to a prenuptial agreement to avoid a long expensive divorce. With an irrevocable trust you hold the power to give whatever you want or nothing at all. Keeping the power in your hands can encourage the other spouse to settle for whatever they can get, thereby speeding up the divorce.
A prenuptial agreement does not survive death. With an irrevocable trust, your assets will be used how you want them to be used with NO RESTRICTIONS. In other words, your spouse can't acquire and spend your money on their new “friend” unless you allow it. Your children won't be able to spend it away or lose it in a lawsuit. Your trust will continue to support whomever you want it to support and cut out those that you do not wish to support.

no problem, and remember a trust can be set up after marriage and your spouse doesn't need to know anything about it (examples: retirement account, life insurance policy, investment accounts/properties, etc).
My guess is that the life insurance policy was payed by the person who set it up, not the other spouse, so they have no right to the payout.
You can also sell your business to an irrevocable trust. Your children or heirs inherit the business without paying estate tax. An irrevocable trust can also allow you to purchase property or a new business inside the trust, so the assets are removed from your estate at the time of the purchase.

The article is absolutely wrong about what makes you an Alpha; that juxtaposition thing is shit. Alphaness is handsomeness and physical fitness.
But the article gives an incredible description of how women truly behave to Alpha. A description so good that I really need to c&p it here:
