It is the result of the last two generations of public schooling basically feminizing boys, pretty much ruining them for life and making them feminine and accepting of all things from the feminist movement. It is also what you see in the media, it is what is going on in the court systems, and the shows that are being watched on television.

There's been a push for women's sexual agency since the 1950's but it really took off in the early 1960's with the advent of the birth control pill.
