My big 2 are posture and word choice! In terms of word choice, it means being polite and precise with what you mean to say.

One thing I'm working on is having good posture. I've started paying attention to it in other people and my does it make a WORLD of a difference.

Have manners, be gracious towards others.

Act appropriately to the circumstances. Know how to small talk if needed so you don't look like a social outcast.

Coordinate your outfits and dress appropriately for the occasion. Matching your purses/belts/shoes will instantly pull together a simple outfit.

Make sure you always look groomed before going out. Maintain filed nails and clean eyebrows, body hair, etc. Style your hair, don't go out with it wet or un-brushed. Have a natural daily makeup look.

Cultivate self-discipline and control. Eating slowly and mindfully is always a good start (no meal inhalation).

Read up on a variety of topics - literature, history, fine arts, culture - then you'll always have conversation topics at your disposal for anyone and everyone.

Lastly, hold your alcohol, don't get trashed...

Elevate your language and your posture. Speak clearly, enunciate, use better (and fewer) words, mean what you say, and be pleasant and kind. Stand straight, never slouch, always be poised to act unless in an explicitly relaxed setting (spa, bedroom).

Basically what everyone else said here. A big one is not to bad mouth anyone. Despite how classy lady is when she starts that. I look at her in a different light not as positively. Good luck with everything.

Wear tasteful clothing, always while out. I have rules such as: no spaghetti straps, no shorts, no cutouts in the back or shoulders, dress and skirt length to or past the tips of my fingers when my arms are down. I do allow V cuts tops, but will wear a tank top underneath if the V shows too much cleavage. I do also wear some "sleeveless" tops, but they do not have those thin spaghetti straps. If you want to go really classy, or even conservative, wear floor length dresses and skirts. Some women even cover their hair. I even try to wear scandals that cover more. Like, more straps than just the "T" or thong style. You can also limit makeup that you wear or don't wear it at all.
