2 things:

1) It's not unreasonable for the first woman to not want to be in a private place with a man she doesn't know. That's not assuming all men are rapists. This is what it looks like when someone assumes all men are rapists. She's actually being responsible for her own well being and safety. She should be applauded, not condemned.

2) Don't post a picture of yourself using an online account that is in any way positively connected with the red pill / manosphere. Seriously. The probability that someone you know finds it is slim, but the consequences could be disastrous. The red pill is widely regarded as a hate movement, and affiliation could cost you dearly both relationally and professionally.

You are posting 1 obvious and one possible shit-test fail. Why are you complaining about them when you still have so much work to do on you?

In the first, she just destroyed your frame, and you just gave up. In the second, to what did you say "that's OK"? It could also be a failed shit test. Think about how you responded to both women, is it masculine, attractive? Is that who you want to be, or seen to be by women? And are you expecting strange women to come to your home for the first date?

After reading your links and your post I am sensing a "nice guy". Did you read no more mister nice guy? If not, you owe it to yourself to read it. Have you read the sidebar material, watched the black phillip show, read the rational male archives?

"Better be a fireplace in a public place" is not even an insult at all, much less one of the rudest ones you could possibly receive. Not even remotely. The implication that you might possibly be a violent rapist is tenuous at best; the implication that all men are such is just completely absent.

Meanwhile, your response was to tell her to go die a violent death.

A real class act, you are. The way I see it, the 40 year old dodged a huge bullet and the 19 year old is about to learn a valuable life lesson.
