Somewhat similar thing happened to me at a younger age, although my story has a better ending.

Honestly, it really does take a lot out of a kid. You are considered just as guilty at that age as you would be as an adult. The interrogations are done in a way in which you are by default assumed guilty and your story is just seen as a way to flesh out whatever the other party said.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours18 points19 points20 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

That's how it always is when you're accused by a female. You're guilty, they just have to find out how guilty and see if you tell them anything they don't know. You're guilty, that's all that matters.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Definitiely feel for you. I wasn't accused of rape at that age, but my own mother accused me of domestic violence and abuse. Treated like a criminal indeed, guilty before proven innocent. But equality

[–]AFishyFez 101 points101 points101 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I'd just like to give a big FUCK YOU to the whore who had the audacity to pull this fucking stunt. In fact, allow me to extend that to every fucker who pulls shit like this. No seriously: FUCK YOU!

[–][deleted] 23 points24 points25 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

we're going through a rough patch in American society.. with the rise of feminism, feminine women are disappearing.

[–]TI69 8 points8 points8 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

b-b-but consequences for the women ruining men's lives by falsely accusing them would discourage other womyns from reporting rape!!!

[–]Ov3r9O0O7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

Similar to how the consequences for an officer shooting his attacker based on his trained judgement might scare other officers from defending themselves for fear of indictment?

I just fucking love how the same people who always default to sympathizing with women as the victims of an alleged rape (while ignoring the outcomes of false accusations with respect to men) turn around and criticize the Ferguson incident, defending Brown and saying "he didn't actually assault Wilson!!!" If they're so concerned with protecting an "innocent" man, then they should be concerned with the shit that men have to go through for false rape accusations.

But no. They only hate when men, especially white, have the power to defend themselves. Aren't we all people? Everyone can be a threat, and everyone can be a victim. Everyone can abuse the system. Everyone does abuse the system. Anytime we say men/whites/blacks/women/asians/native americans/etc are more likely to do x thing, or one is always the perpetrator while the other is the victim, we are only further entrenching the racism. HOLY SHIT IS IT THAT HARD TO EVALUATE A SITUATION BY, IDK, MAYBE THE EVIDENCE? Do you think any one of the protesters or rioters read a shred of the ENTIRE CACHE of evidence that was released? No. Because White people are always the evil oppressive force and Black people are always the victim. Same with the situation in OP's post - who gives a shit about what actually happened - the fact that they were both drunk, and she initiated it - men are always evil rapists and women are always victims of the patriarchy.

[–]polysyllabist 27 points27 points27 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

She was 13, and likely the victim of family that told her that if she has sex she's a terrible horrible person. She's 13, woke up after a night of drinking and framed things in her juvenile mind in the only way that allowed her to not hate herself.

I feel for the dude, but I don't think this is a case of willful maliciousness, but one of fear and confusion. Don't hate this 13 year old girl, hate her family and community that raised her that way.

[–][deleted] 49 points50 points51 points 11 years ago* [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link

Although I can certainly see this point of view personal responsibility is so important. Ruining someone else's life to save your own is only barely forgivable given the age.

edit: I take it back. The fact that she never tried to reconcile makes it unforgivable.

[–]throwawaydefriended4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I think what he's saying is that being 13, she probably also didn't understand how damaging it would be for him, or like the concept of the ramifications that come with it.

At the same time, I'm pretty sure anyone in her position realizing after growing older a few years what she did, would be mortified and embarrassed and afraid to reconcile. Would also probably know it's not gonna work. At the very least, she could have sent a public "anonymous" apology letter like this one.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Simply? No. Thats not enough. Regardless of how hopeless the chances of reconciliation she should prostrate herself at his feet and beg for forgiveness for the evil she wrought.

[–]1cover2036 points37 points38 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

How long does that pussy pass last? At what age would her willful ruining of this guy's life become her fault?

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours22 points23 points24 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It never runs out. As long as they have a pussy they have a pass.

[–]H42 2 points2 points2 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Interesting. What if the punishment for falsely accusing rape was the surgical removal of the vagina? No more pussy-pass, because no more pussy.

Seriously? You >really< believe that was a serious suggestion? It was merely a thought experiment.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago [recovered] (0 children) | Copy Link

Fill it with concrete. That would cause an uproar. Yet nobody bats an eye when feminists talk about mass castration and culling all but the best men. They are serious, but we aren't.

[–]ubiety 7 points7 points7 points 11 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

She's in eighth grade. I understood the seriousness of lying by that age, we're not unaccountable for our actions, even if we're middle schoolers. From the guy's perspective, she lied with malicious intent. She thought lying could get rid of him and cover up her "loose" reputation. Think about it, if you could cover up and get away with any wrongdoing by dissociating yourself from responsibility you would, right? Welcome to the female condition, where everyone but herself is responsible for her actions.

I understand the temptation to give women a perpetual pussy pass - the benefit of the doubt. It's convenient to believe this girl is helpless, or easily influenced by family and society, simply because "she's scared of the repercussions" and "too young to know better". It's hard for men starting to unplug to believe women can be so honorless, so devoid of human empathy, that it makes us sick to see it happen in real life - so sick that we doubt the validity of the story.

There have been hundreds of forums dedicated to men being divorce raped, falsely accused of physical rape or otherwise fucked over by malicious women. By now, men would come to their senses and realize women are not the idealized snowflakes they fantasize about every night. Women are such good liars and manipulators when it comes to saving their own ass and making quick money - and they have the courts to support them. I've known many different types of women throughout my life, but they all shared the same horrible personality flaw of excessive entitlement for having different sex organs.

Whenever these cases occur, simply change the roles and see if it would be handled the same severity. If the guy threw out a false rape allegation, would it be taken so seriously? The police would probably arrest him first just to be cautious not to make a mistake. The media would be handing out high fives for his ability to have sex with a girl two years his senior, and tell him he probably misinterpreted the rape. You never hear about these instances unless the woman is a significantly older teacher, and still society treats the teacher as the victim in some instances, and infinitely better than a male rapist in all instances.

Judging from a myriad of other examples of false accusations it seems that women never really move onwards from the juvenile stage, or they pretend to but twist something like in OP's story not because of fear but for gain, whether it is attention, sympathy or revenge.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I agree society is to blame that it gives a little girl the ability to ruin the life of a little boy. Society is the one that views male sexuality like a demonic possession and severely reprimands even children for expressing it outside of everchanging and arbitrary guidelines.

Children will lie to save their skin, and within a culture of the victim is always right, the only thing a woman/child needs to do is get in the victim seat and he has to power to reshape reality.

[–]RatherPlayChess2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I support the devil's advocate. It's the only way to keep things in perspective.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Hm I just realized that could have been a huge factor. I for one had shitty parents that put a lot of pressure on me to stay a virgin or not engage in sex. When I was a teen I had a couple girlfriends(literally friends), but we were the horniest. They would always come to my house to playing twister like "right hand on [name]'s butt"--awesome game for teens definitely going to get that for my kids when they are teens and they are going to think I am lame until they realize what its really for--but MY parents totally pulled me aside after me and my girlfriends chilled and were like "are you going to have sex b4 marriage," I told them "maybe." Then I ended up in a bunch of church events all about being a virgin until you're married, thanks to that I remained a virgin with next to no social life through most of college until one day I spoke to my dad about being a virgin at which he laughed and that made me realized I just got trolled by some prude(not even) assholes.

[–]Rockinallnight-1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is very on point. No matter how easy it is to generalize women, to be so irate about these situations, this girl is not automatically this evil bitch some redpillers may make her out to be.

[–][deleted] 25 points26 points27 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Damn that's depressing. Even if he had been able to press charges, it doesn't solve that kind of trauma.

[–]ioncloud99 points10 points11 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Wow it seems like I got off easy. When I was 13 a girl accused me of rape and called the police. I dont think she understood what it meant but knew that it was bad and a way to retaliate against me. The police showed up, asked me a few questions about what happened. Turns out my next door neighbor was there pretty much the whole afternoon this accusation went down and was able to verify my side. There was no rape or sexual assault or any inappropriate touching of any kind. She was mad at me and was trying to retaliate. Of course she didnt get in trouble at all for lying to the police, and the next day at school I learned that the whole school somehow knew and my reputation was irreparably ruined. So much so I went to a boarding school for high school instead of back to that same group of kids.

Fuck dude....And this was in the UK, just another wake up call that our brothers across the pond are faring NO BETTER than we are in the U.S. or Canada...

[–]alclarkey4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

From the shit I have seen, I think they might have it worse. I actually think we are probably behind most of Europe in how fucked by feminism we are. There are still pockets of red-pill reason in the US.

Sorry to hijack, but I just want to share my experience of this (luckily it was not brought to court) and wasn't nearly as extreme as this guys experience.

In high school I was just texting friends and then this girl I knew a bit from school talked about how she was suicidal and stuff. I tried talking her down and eventually calmed her down. She then decided to come over. When I opened the door she exposed herself and then cried and ran away. I didn't really know what the hell just happened so I texted her asking if she was ok. She didn't talk to me for the next week at school, followed by an email from her saying I took advantage of her and If I try to contact her I would be pursued legally. I was so scared that I stopped going to school and was homeschooled for the rest of the year.

TLDR: I feel for these guys. Just because you regret it, that doesn't mean it was rape. But at the same time, hormones, family pressures, and school drama are crazy.

[–]ShekelBanker2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What the actual fuck.

Good for you that you avoided this shit, but what kind of world are we living in so that we are glad we are not legally pursued by mentally ill people? Give these people a psychologist for fuck's sake, not a lawyer.

[–]Patriarchysaurus1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

but what kind of world are we living in so that we are glad we are not legally pursued by mentally ill people? Give these people a psychologist for fuck's sake, not a lawyer>>

One where legal action is pursued, like a juicy gazelle, in every frivolous and capricious circumstance in order to line the pockets of attorneys and the court?

[–]lawlqq5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

I just saw this on my front page, and read it on my break. Needless to say, its incredibly sad. The fact that this shit even happened and is still happening sheds a little light on how fucked up this shit can be. The poor kid was 13 years old when his life was fucked. Personally, I have been in situations in my past where this easily could have happened to me. You have no idea how thankful i am that it never did.

[–]thiscoolhandluke2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I've heard of parents that wouldn't care whether she consented or not, that they would press rape charges because she was their "baby girl" and would never accept that she would willingly do such a thing. Could that possibly be the case here, too?

[–]deville052 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It makes me more angry that there are men who would go along with false claims and fuck over other men without a reason

[–]yety1752 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

What the fuck happened to innocent until proven guilty?

[–]Crisis881 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I always feel deeply for guys who go through this; I was falsely accused of rape, and eventually after much shit going down and police involvement I was cleared and the other party was shown as being in the wrong with false accusations.

It wasn't the standard go-to-the-cops-I-was-raped story though, but her and others spreading shit for whatever reason.
I got off lightly in terms of total life impact, but shit, you really don't know how good normal shit is til you've hit rock bottom, and being a teenager isn't made any easier when some bitch needs attention and so decides to use the easiest phrase to fuck up a man's life.
Worst possible fucking situation.

[–]watersign4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Endorsed ContributorBluepillProfessor4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

You damaged my perception of women entirely and the only relationship I have since been able to sustain is with a man I can trust.

The dabs are forcing me to interpret this as OP is gay? If so, his lack of enthusiasm and likely revulsion would have forced the hamster into rewriting the whole encounter as 'rape.'

Fuck these bitches. You need to have some bruises (unless you are alleging he threatened to beat you up blah blah bring it lady) if you want to cry rape. I bruise my wife all the time and that is quite consensual. Heh.

Dudes life is completely fucked by this. He can recover but this is tough. The only good news is his incarceration ups his SMV but rape charges might not help when meeting the parents.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He is very soft spoken, the description lacks any sexyness , this might be because this sounds rewritten but I think he is gay, and always was. Which would make the encounter emotionally rape, not to pile up the rest of the subsequent bullshit.

Fuck these bitches. You need to have some bruises (unless you are alleging he threatened to beat you up blah blah bring it lady) if you want to cry rape. I bruise my wife all the time and that is quite consensual. Heh.

yeah that is a road I already went trough on this corner of the internet, to many blue ballers to have a reasonable conversation on the topic.

The only good news is his incarceration ups his SMV but rape charges might not help when meeting the parents.

lets just say that rape CHARGES, don't do anything for your SMV

[–]KingDragoX1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

To those curious about the whole "it Turned him gay?". Sexual fetish is developed in adolescence and having such a traumatic experience with the woman may have completely changed the imprint of sexuality in his head where he can't trust women and therefore find men attractive. Just a little theory as I'm reading Prometheus Rising

Isn't sex with a 13 year old illegal even if she consented?

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Between two minors? Not sure. If both minors are under the "age of consent" (16 in some states, 18 in others), did they "co-rape" each other?

How the fuck would kids know those kinds of rule?

[–]Burner17010 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

To an extent, but the older one is going to get in more trouble. 13 is too young either way. OP's parents should have discussed age of consent with him, they fucked up.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The older one gets in trouble - if they're a male.

[–]Burner17010 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

if it was an older girl with a strap on in his ass I expect she would get in more trouble. So, realistically, worse for the penetrator if they are older, at a guess.

[–]1cover202 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The only relevant answer is to know the UK law at the time this happened. States have nothing to do with it.

[–]Burner1701-1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why do you assume I'm from the states? Sex with 13 year olds is illegal in most, if not all, western countries.

[+]Burner1701-17 points-16 points-15 points 11 years ago (22 children) | Copy Link

I don't care if they are both in the minors category, it doesn't make it ok to fuck a 13 year old. What if she was 10? I just want to know why he thought it was ok.

[–][deleted] 10 points11 points12 points 11 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

What? He was 15. Get a clue.

[+]Burner1701-13 points-12 points-11 points 11 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

What? She was 13. 13 is on the young side for sex as evidenced by the fact that this girl was clearly not ready for it and he was a fucking moron for thinking she would be.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points13 points 11 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

He was 15. Are we pretending there's a huge gulf there?

[+]Burner1701-8 points-7 points-6 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Pretending? No, there are significant differences. Not all 13 year old girls have even got their period yet. At 15 he should have had enough sex ed to know 1/ you don't have sex with 13 year olds and 2/ you don't have sex without a condom or birth control.

[–]itsfunnythatway7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Never been a 15 year old male, eh? He says it himself in the article she was 1 yr 3 mos younger. Teenagers, alcohol, party. Nuff said. Does that vindicate the situation? No, but I think you are being a little assumptive and obtuse in your cursory evaluation, here.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He's either flat out trolling (poorly) or he's just an epic dumb fuck. I vote for the latter.

[–]Burner1701-4 points-3 points-2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I was a well brought up 15 year old with great parents, in Australia.

[–]Burner1701-4 points-3 points-2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

But yes, his age is obviously a mitigating factor and what happened to him afterwards was totally out of line. However, my point is that I think his parents and education set him up for this by not parenting or educating him.

[–]M4gikarp1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's called fatherhood buddy. Wait til you get it. Wait til some 15 year old thinks your 13 year old daughter is up for sex. Look, with the age differences he specifies he is on the edge of legal in a lot of countries but really sex at 13 is no good for girls. He could easily have got her pregnant, if she had her periods yet. Losing your virginity at 13 would probably hurt for a girl, not for a guy. He had zero risks (well, he found the one big risk) and she had several. I'm asking why his parents and teachers hadn't given this 15 year old any sex education at all by the sound of it. I also think they totally over-reacted afterwards though and clearly utterly traumatised him far beyond what was even vaguely appropriate. In short, the adults around him suck.

[–]NullVoidZeroZilch7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

What does fatherhood have to do with it? So you stuck your penis into a woman's vagina and a baby popped out of her? Wow, you must be a professional on this subject, what with your PHD from SexWithAWoman University.

Your arguments are coming from emotions and have no basis in reality. Just because you're a father doesn't mean you know what the hell you're talking about. Grow up.

I think what Burner is trying to say is that if you're a GIRL and you're 13, you are automatically stupider, weaker and more inferior to any boy around that age and thus the boy at that age MUST have manipulated and forced the girl into doing this because she must be incredibly weak and stupid and no other explanation could possibly exist. The poor girl! She's only 13! So what if the boy was only a year older, he's a misogynistic pig, don't you get it?

So equality and shit doesn't matter for girls because they're always the victim and cannot make decisions and should NEVER be held accountable to the poor decisions they make.

I don't think that is referring to readiness for sex. I think that refers to actual maturity.

I don't care much about Men's Rights. Most people don't. Boy's Rights are a different issue. The fact that this same article has gained such traction on the front page is due to the author's age. The general public is becoming more cognizant and sympathetic of the suffering of boys.

If MRA have any sense, they will use Boy's Rights as the spearhead to push their agenda. Enact protections for boys, and then you can open a dialog about presumed guilt, male disposability, etc.

[–]WaterPotatoe19 points20 points21 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't care much about Men's Rights

But they care about you when their lack of existence are used to lock you up

[–]ametalshard1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You're right. A boy, just like a girl, man or woman, deserves better than to be treated like 21st century western men are treated.

[–]Ratcliff01-2 points-1 points0 points 11 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

Man, I want to believe this, but it feels manipulative.

It turned him gay? That's not how gay works.

It's signed anonymous? Couldn't it be made up then?

I want false rape accusers to be punished, but I'm not sure this article is legit.

[–]1cover208 points9 points10 points 11 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

Please give me a convincing link or 3 about how gay works. If someone is scared to death to approach a female, wouldn't he get his sexual rocks off with a male?

[–]analfanatic1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Not sure if that's what it takes for someone to start liking cock.

[–]1cover206 points7 points8 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Neither am I. But /u/Ratcliff01 seems to think he or she knows, so I am asking for evidence. I really do wonder about this question.

[–]kmillz11 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It might drive one to become an analfanatic ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

[–]redpillerinnyc0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Dude, according to that logic half of men lurking on this sub right now should have turned gay.

Don't buy it. His life was in the shitter anyway- note it says he was placed in a foster family. Likely he came from a poor trashy family who couldn't even take care of their children.

Yes bitches lie about being raped, and I personally don't even believe in the concept of rape, but being accused of rape falsely doesn't make a normal het boy a cocksucker.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He was functionally "raped", he trusted her and was emotionally vulnerable and he go kicked around for it. At 15 that leaves not only wounds but actually inhibits parts of your brain. Inhibating does not mean rewiring.

The amount of affection he has for cock is the same he would have had as a red pill male. Now, he could vent his angst into kinky shit which doesn't really make him gay just "open". The gay part it that he makes it a point to underline a emotional connection with another man, that makes me thing he is functionally asexual and has always been gay(which would actually make her the one that took advantage of him in hindsight)

After a traumatic experience the brain compensates in the most convenient way some go overboard trying to rebuild structure in their sexuality, others shut down, some do both, but at a fundamental level you can't just switch to loving a man. You can go overboard and be so sexualy open that whether it's cock or pussy you don't give a fuck, but you don't change what type of gender you make chemistry with. Also a important issue is: masculinity is not about liking pussy, it's about polarising and atracting femininity. Most gay men aren't fruity and multicolored, they are normal blokes that just like cock. Conversely the feminine gender(whether it be a flaky woman or a gay tv cliche) is inherently flexible sexually, so don't count them as either strait or gay, they really are fluid and you need to polarise them.

Everyone is on a spectrum, with gay on one end and straight on the other. It depends where you sexual orientation falls. I think girls are more in the middle than boys, but everyone is a little gay and if you think otherwise your just conditioned to put those thoughts away. Everyone is on a spectrum for all personality traits, obviously sexually orientation is there too.

I'd say a good 8 out of 10 "lesbians" are only that way because they're pissed at guys or want to be edgy and different. If it can work that way for girls, why not guys. Maybe in both cases they're not truly homosexual, but if your scorn for the opposite sex for whatever reason is deep enough, I can see it maybe causing you to try out your own gender in bed. Not that I'd do it, but I can understand. I can't tell you how many "lesbians" I've seen with kids. It's not anyways as simple as thinking you were "born that way".

It is also the PC-preferred 'life-style' of marxist controlled societies according to the 'sex as class' doctrine. Homos automatically classify as 'revolutionary apparatchiks' in the new scheme of things (suck up, shit down). Cis-normals are, after all, repositories of bourgeois values. Men like these are simply part of the change process.

[–]Endorsed Contributornyrp3 points4 points5 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Have you ever really thought for two minutes that maybe that might be how gay works in some instances?

It's certainly not the first time I've heard a story line that.

If you really think about, a sexual orientation at birth, at zero days old with no sexual experience makes no sense.

When I was thirteen a black girl Told this b grade wanna be counseler that I said I eat pussy, and just like that he believed her even after I denied it. What he did was call my parents about it and had my dad come in to school and miss work just so he can expose me in front of my dad. By the way that guy was black, 2 be noted he had that nigger mentality. Because he didn't do shit while all the other black boys were feelingup on the girls Yet my innocence remains in question because a black girl felt like lieing on me.

Why is this on Red Pill? Boo hoo...someone got screwed over. Life ain't fair. The girl was a bitch. All true.

What's the point?

[–][deleted] 7 points8 points9 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Return here and post when it happens to you.

[+][deleted] -6 points-5 points-4 points 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

That's not really the point. The point is...what's to be done about it. A teenage girl accuses a teenage guy of rape and he is ultimately acquitted. What are the police supposed to do? Ignore it? His semen is inside her.

[–]fifth02 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The point is when a claim is ultimately dropped it's not like the claim never happened. The action of accusation has big consequences.

The point is why aren't both parties treated with equality, lying about rape because your sex automatically has more than clout in the my word versus yours scenario is a problem.

[–]fifth02 points3 points4 points 11 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Your sentiment is completely misguided here and if your trolling go fuck off. This is a problem that every man should prepare him self for. I too have been on the falsly accused side of things. It is a real problem if you aren't ready to stand up you'll become the victim. TRP is about to building a foundation of self. This isn't a letter to all women it's a letter to people with poor character that actions have consequences.

[–][deleted] -3 points-2 points-1 points 11 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

You're complaining but not posing any solutions. He was accused and exonerated. Of course damage was done. What's the alternative? Do you have a daughter? You want some piece of shit to rape her then have it swept under the rug because some douchebag like you throws up his hands and says "he says she says."

They got it right. Save your battles for when they don't.

[–]fifth00 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

We have a broken system that favors one voice over another. We don't live in caves where men run around bashing women's heads then sticking their dick in to them. I don't have to have a daughter to know that rape is terrible. As for having a solution how about do process for starters and accountability of the accuser for second.

[–][deleted] -1 points0 points1 point 11 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Except you don't know she's lying. So you're going to punish her because you don't have enough proof to punish the man?

You're an idiot.

I think we are done here. Later boner.
