Transgression

This one made a huge difference for me.

Back in my BP days, my text game was sub-par. I'd ask my female friends for advice. "Text her back" or "don't make her wait" or "don't play games," they'd say. And I liked it because they are girls so they MUST know what it is they are looking for. And I didn't want to play games either.

The result was: I looked far too eager and available. My opinion was "well come on, everyone has their phone all the time, not responding right away is just douchey."

Wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. I stopped responding right away. I stopped writing massive paragraphs. I felt much more in control of, well, everything.

When it was put in economic terms - "create value through scarcity" - that right there sealed the deal.

This is why hard next works. Former oneitus went off to Florida for college and I knew she was going to be pumped and dumped continually like a vegas hooker. Told her I would not be talking to her. Hard next. She texts me from time to time trying to reconnect talking about things she hears about me. DONT REPLY. I have my phone set so she can see I looked at it. It drives them insane. Abundance mentality at work.

I get an uneasy feeling if I spend too much time with the same people. I have this irresistible urge to withdraw. Unless you're working together on something important there is rarely a valid reason to spend a lot of time together, and most people don't want to take that step to do something meaningful and prefer wasting their time with mindless social games.

Text game

As one poster alluded to this works well in text game (or any form of written communication).

Being concise, to the point, using as few words as possible helps create value.

Observance

In one of my clubs during college I was very interactive among the members; I even ended up getting an internship because of this club.

After a semester or two, my attendance frequency dropped from weekly to monthly at most. As a result, a few girls that were friendly became flirty and the club president ended up a plate for a while.

Build your image then let your absence speak for itself.

Don't become solipsistic, People always point out the benefit for Game (Which is still accurate), these laws are applicable in all interactions.

My social circle is tied into my 2nd income which is a small biz. I was contsantly out, & about, everywhere because of it.

I have sinced ditched it " the social circle" to find better circles, & people to associate with, cutting out toxic behavior, & relationships. Hoping it helps to keep better focus, & frame on some short term goals.

I am maintaining a minimal business profile in that circle. At least for a bit as I sort myself out, & decide if I wish to persue doing biz in that demographic, or move on. Ive removed myself form social network groups i frequented, no longer will go to events, clubs or bars I would normally go to schmooze or mingle.

In my short absence I have had a decent # of people reach out, & ask whats up? Most I have ignored and just wont reply to, I dont feel I have to explain my absense to anyone at this moment in time, or come up with some BS as to why i'm doing what i'm doing. I'm sure some people will talk, speculate, but i'm not concerned with it anymore.
