I intended on watching just a little bit of this, but I actually watched it all the way through because it was so interesting! He makes a lot of great points- my favorite was the way in which he suggests women refuse sex. This suggestion is what I’ve always done and has always worked really well for me. (He suggests that you say you are very attracted to him and would like to have sex...maybe you even say that you’re looking forward to it. But you can’t now because it brings up too much for you and you aren’t ready for that).

I know myself well, but unfortunately I know I’m not an emotionally stable person. I’ve battled with my mental health, so I know I have to be really careful with myself because I understand things that other people can shake off, I can’t. What did you ladies think of him saying clitoral orgasms can weaken the kidneys and cause water retention and weight gain? I don’t believe in porn, but I do believe in self-stimulation and I thought that was beneficial (because there’s muscles down there and I know self-stimulation works them. Tbh I don't think that testosterone and estrogen are linked to courting behaviours the way we want them to be. I'm suspicious that he associates testosterone with "male energy".

The part about how you can't keep a man if you can't orgasm really upset me. I think I've had that orgasmic experience he's talking about, but I've never had a clitoral orgasm with a man. I've also had a lot of bad sexual experiences including an abusive relationship that have made me "close up" and need extra care, patience, and tenderness during sex.
