Crying serves no productive purpose. It's catharsis theory, just because you express your emotions doesn't mean it has any benefit.

When men asked for help, it's good old men have hyperagency. It's always the mans fault. Not other people, not society. If a man gets help it's usually always well he has to accept it or he has to change his mindset or he has to do all the work on his own. Men can't get help with the primary issues that concern men like sex or height or status.

Forget it, if a man hates his job and has suicidal thoughts about it. He'll get told to suck it up and be a man. Men aren't allowed to not work.

So if men can't get help in a number of men's issues sex, height, or hatred of work why should they seek it? And if the answer to any other problem is always you have to do it yourself then why look outward in the first place.
