The normies are doing just fine, but I'd guess a lot of people have stunted in-person relational skills, even if it's only because they can't unglue their eyes from their phone screen.

Social media has only affected my relationships in a positive way. Some people really overdo it... but I'm not there to see it.

How has social media fucked up relationship dynamics? It's not like every woman out there is bathing in Instagram adoration or whatever it is.

Gen z in Asia. Clueless in relationship of any kind. Rather focus on career first, then relationship. If I succeed in my career, I will have a better future, and relationship will come more easily.

From what I've witnessed, things are furthermore in the extrema.

Good looking men have lot of sex, good looking women have lot of committing pretending, less attractive women have lot of sex and little commitment. Shit looking men have nothing.

Women are influenced by porn and think sodomy is vanilla.

I teach high school students and sometimes there is an impasse. When I was a teenager, there was no internet and the only mobile phones were in rich people's cars and yachts. Someone born in the year 2000 (or even 10 or 15 years before) grew up with the internet and ubiquitous cell phones.

It could be better, I think technology makes us lazy to find someone, almost blinds us and wastes our time. We could always improve our selves but many chose not to.

Well the few studies done on late millenials and gen z show they are much more socially conservative than earlier millenials. Too early to say with relationships, but if they remain more conservative than millenials it's likely their relationships will be more conservative as well.
