For those who haven't seen Austin Powers its an almost indefinable charismatic quality that makes a man sexy, even in spite of not being conventionally attractive.
I've observed it working in real life. In particular, a short (5'6), average body, average face friend of mine. He didn't have any particular social status. He worked a typical corporate job, and he certainly wasn't particularly dominant. He didn't even have a huge group of friends he was at the center of. But when we went to a bar (often just the two of us), he had amazing results with the ladies. It seemed to be a combination of humor, and general wit and charm. He was very smooth and always had clever retort, but he never studied game, or red pill.
I've seen other guys try and cultivate this sort of skill, and never quite get it right. I've seen very funny, confident guys still fail consistently. This guy wasn't even particularly confident. Often he would be scared to talk to girls, yet they would find a way to make eye contact or talk to him. My theory is that it comes down to very subtle body language, tone and other cues that are hard to fake.
I'm curious, do other people know of folks like this? Men that succeed with women despite not having any of the real standard markers of attractiveness or "alphaness", just a certain "way with women" that's hard to explain or define.
