Question for all: Is there a male equivalent to the slut shaming done by women?

The way the theory goes, women shame other sluts because sluts devalue women's most precious commodity, sex. In theory, a slut is actually deferring to the male sexual strategy by giving sex without requiring commitment first. Other women will have a harder time getting commitment from men if sluts are giving it up freely. Thus women shame sluts in order to keep their price on the market as high as possible.

My question is, do men do the same thing with commitment? If men's primary commodity in the SMP/RMP is commitment, do they shame beta men in order to keep their price high? The more men marry, the more the value of male commitment goes down. I think that TRP's reaction to marriage and their disdain of beta men is in part due to this. Now I know that according to TRP core beliefs, beta is not supposed to mean ' pathetic loser', but this is exactly how it seems to be used on their sub. My guess is that this is because being beta defers to the female sexual strategy, so RP men shame betas in the same way women shame sluts.

Also, I have a side theory that this a reason why BP hates RP so much. RP is taking away men who happily agree to the female sexual strategy. We fear a shortage of beta men on the market.
