I am drawn to the aspects of the red pill philosophy that work on self improvement, saying no, building confidence and finding time for priorities.

But after going through the become a man challenge, most everything went back to gaining sexual approval from women. But, I am happy in my relationship and already spent years figuring that shit out, so it didn't feel applicable.

At one point, I read something that said "even if you are in a relationship, go out and make dates anyway just to build those skills,"

(edit: the advice also advocated not actually going on those dates.)

But that seems dubious, like there is an underlying assumption that the person isn't really happy and just needs confidence to find a higher SMV lover.

Is the red pill useful for people who are content in love/sex/relationships or is it all a package deal?
