I come for a culture where women are expected to get married at a young age and if not it’s seen as a failure for the family. It’s cause they want to keep us trapped in this cycle I’m now realizing.

Marriage is a trap for women. Not for men, for WOMEN.

You end up working your ass off from dawn to 10 pm every night, doing 98% of the domestic chores and child-rearing PLUS working a full time job on top of it....all while some overweight, lazy, self-entitled prick lays on the couch happy to let you do it.

for some reason... this really hits home for me. again, I need to remind myself to be careful about who and what I let in my life. most women I know that got married without vetting the man have ended up:

-divorced (best case scenario)

-finding out stuff they never imagined and they didn't sign up for (horrible story of debt, she ended up working 2 jobs to help him pay it)
