I think that both the red and blue pill are despicable and obnoxious beyond belief, but they are both necessary evils. Here's why:

-The Blue Pill is reactive, aggressive, generally annoying feminism. It isn't what mainstream feminism calls third wave, it's a shitty attempt at satire.

-The Red Pill is a bunch of misogynistic fuckwits desperately trying to get laid.

I used to side entirely with the Blue Pill in this debate. But, after seeing how much the Red Pill helped this (admittedly quite objectifying) poor dude and increased his confidence, I have to say I see some value there. It's something that can actually help people by just giving them the guts to ask a girl out. I mean, damn, that's something beautiful.

Of course, the downside to that is that they use absolutely no tact. Women aren't people, they're conquests. They're a competition. But the way that I learned women are people was by first believing they were a conquest, then dating them and realizing they were people. It's just growing up. So the Red Pill isn't necessarily a bad bunch of people, they're just immature.

The Blue Pill is a reaction to that. A totally understandable one. My problem with them is that, well, they're whiny. They're taking a bunch of guys acting like children as some sort of affront to femininity and angrily joking about them, painting them as inhuman, making them objects to be laughed at. But they're necessary.

What the Blue Pill does is counteract, to some degree, the misogynistic aspects of the Red Pill. Or maybe they amplify it. I don't know.

So my question is: Do either the Red Pill OR the Blue Pill have any merit for improving people's lives (even a little)? And, considering the Blue Pill wouldn't exist without the Red Pill, does the reaction from the Blue Pill just feed the fire?
