The unicorn thing is another example of something that you blue pillers should be applauding as a positive aspect of TRP, but instead you twist it into something you can circlejerk and feign offense over.

Telling a man not to fantasize about a unicorn is telling him to give up his unrealistic expectations and accept real women as the really are.

I just cannot imagine myself being even remotely upset if I found a group of women admonishing each other to give up their prince-charming fantasies. Let's say I found a post like this one over on /r/twoxchromosomes. In it, some guy claimed to actually be prince charming. But then, he berated the subscribers of /r/twoxchromosomes and said that he would never go for them. I cannot imagine how pathetic I would have to be to come running to a different sub and gloat that the thread had been deleted - "obviously, 2XC is not a 'free for all' as there was no discussion."

To me, this honestly seems like a really, really, really low bar to clear to be a "unicorn". I know plenty of girls who fit that template. I mean, other than the hypergamous part which I, of course, don't care about, the other three are criteria I use to pick my friends. If that's your definition of unicorn, have at it, I promise you'll find one.

They exist, imo, but it's not a title a woman can bestow on herself. Every man's got a slightly different notion of what a unicorn is. One thing that I think you'll find most dudes agree on is that a unicorn doesn't think/act like she's better than everyone else, and doesn't feel entitled to test the shit out of men because she's "special" and "deserves the best".
Fitness testing or shit testing is something we all engage in, to some degree. It gets tiresome for a lot of men, particularly since the real intention often isn't presented up-front. It's a game to discern whether a man's going to be a push-over. Nobody wants to be with a push-over. Again, I suspect you'd find that most men regard a unicorn as being someone who does minimal shit-testing.
This is going to be rude, but here goes. Engaging this snarky, disrespectful, self-absorbed biyatch on any level is failing the shit test. She posts the equivalent of "I'M A SPECIAL SNOWFLAKE. MAN UP FOR ME, LOSERS". I think deleting the thread was the right move too. What sort of productive discussion could come of that thread?

If you think you are unicorn, you are probably not a unicorn.

Unicorns might exist. Maybe. But if there are 10 checkboxes for being a unicorn and you check 9 of them, you are not a unicorn. That's fine though. Why would anyone want to think themselves as perfect? To just feel good? What about true self improvement?

If you think you are a unicorn, you are probably deluded into giving yourself too much credit.
