For those of you who don't know, last night, Chris paul spoke out against female referee Lauren Holtkamp for her egregious abuse of power during last night's Clippers/Cavaliers game.

During a 4-5 minute stretch she continuously called pointless fouls and technicals against players for showing the most minute amounts of aggression and passion.

The bar I was watching the game at couldn't believe what was going on. Even the announcers couldn't hold their tongue, though they quickly backtracked.

The problem is not that she's a female referee, the NBA has 2 other female referees who are more than adequate at their profession. The problem is female referees not allowing men to be masculine turning an athletic activity. Athletics are aggressive and violent and physical. Men are going to grunt and curse and yell because that's what sports brings out of us.

Chris paul isn't angry at the call, he's angry at her trying to feminize his sport. They just did it to the Super Bowl as we all noticed, and seeing it spread to the NBA is upsetting.

So thank you Chris paul. Thank you for giving us the voice we don't have.
