If you're redpilled and enjoy human civilization, you must also (at least implicitly) support a system of traditional monogamy. It is dysgenic because the sociocultural features that make men attractive according to RP theory are also the ones embodied by counter-productive members of society. It then follows that if women alone steered the genetic destiny of humanity, it would devolve into scum. Take a look at "certain impoverished communities" to view the world as dictated by female sexual whims.

Black/Blue Pill: Attractive male features are proxy indicators for high testosterone, and therefore selecting based on traits such as height and bone protrusion will bring an increase of testosterone. The result of this is testosterone levels rising with every generation, which means more sexual assault, more violence, more impulse-driven rage, and everything else that testosterone brings. I really don't see a way out of this for redpillers or bluepillers. Even if you're a bluepiller you have to admit that men embodying what women find attractive on a biological level is counter-productive and incompatible with civilization.
