Married for 4 years, we've lived in a tiny studio apartment in a fantastic location.

I am a minimalist so it works for me. Hashtag organizationporn is my jam.

My husband, not so much. Last year I spent about $500 on a storage unit just for his clutter. He has since taken over paying for his own storage unit which is nice but the apartment was still cluttered to my dissatisfaction until today.

I asked him to clean up the clutter on the floor for two months. He said he would but didn't. Hemming and hawing with excuses. Pleading for me to respect him and his belongings.

Meanwhile we have a toddler. The clutter also creates a dusty environment and I have mold allergies. And I've waited our whole marriage for him to clean up the clutter. I bought him a bookshelf. I let him take twice the amount of space for his belongings that our child and I take.

How am I supposed to be a good respectful wife in this case?

TL;DR My husband is a borderline hoarder. I want a clutterfree home. Help.
