When I was a teenager, my standards were unrealistically high. I wanted to fuck the cheerleaders and model types. By the time I was in my early 20's, I had come to the realization that if I wanted to date and have sex, my best shot would be to lower my standards and at least give the cute, boring girls a shot. It was in my early 20's that I matured and accepted reality. The reality that most girls aren't 10's. My best relationships were with girls who were "cute" yet not hot.

Most of these women never mature out of this unrealistic mindset. You may sleep with a super good-looking guy if he's drunk or going through a dry spell, but these men you pine over are either not going to settle down (because they don't have to) or they'll going to settle down with a girl who meets what they're looking for (because they can and don't have to settle).

Women are free to pick and choose, just like men are free to pick and choose. But reality doesn't care about your feelings, and you have no room to complain if things don't go your way because you refuse to accept reality.

The main problem with this woman is that she wants a long term relationship but is avoidant of the very type of guy that is also seeking a long term relationship. You cannot reject the kind of guy who wants a committed relationship and be surprised that you are not able to find that kind of relationship. Those two things go hand in hand, what a concept!

Whether or not she is attracted to the bad boy types due to her poor relationship with her father or for a different reason, she is not going to get what she claims to want by acting on the whims of her tingles. Those feelings only get you so far alone, so it is no surprise that if she cannot get over the desire to only satisfy her impulses she is going to repeat the cycle. If she wants any hope, she needs to fix herself ASAP (if ut is not too late already).
