Saying all men are pigs stems from her getting screwed over by multiple chads in her 20's. She has been ignored by the men she wants and the only thing she can muster up now that she is past 30 are loser men and guys who just want to pump and dump her.

Two ways this pans out.

She becomes the crazy wine aunt the nieces and nephews are not allowed to be around. She pops xanax and other anti depressants ( especially during the holidays ) to make her happy. She lives in a small one bedroom apartment that reaks of cat shit and piss, binge watches Netflix all weekend, rarely goes out because she has no friends left.
She gets so desperate as she approaches 35 she ends up dropping her ridiculously high standards and settles for the most decent guy she can rope in. They get engaged and have the wedding but its all smoke and mirrors. Due to her years of drinking, smoking, partying, advanced maternity age and taking antidepressants they may have problems conceiving. Eventually she will get bored of him and divorce. Or if he is smart he will divorce her and hopefully walk away.
