Ive been dumped by my ex girlfriend one month ago. She is a foreigner and is studying in Italy, and as you may have heard now we are in full quarantine . She must get back to her country sometimes this month but as far as im reading in the news all flights are restricted now, and even movement are. She has been a VERY important part of my life, so my question is: should I reach out to her to see If I can help or at least let her know that she js not alone? Do you think a pandemy is a valid reason to break no contact? Thanks fam
