My time in the manosphere led me to the conclusion that the overarching theme is male self-improvement and opening one's eyes to just how F-ed up the world is and how to come out on top amidst a sea of users, and grifters (both male and female) who only see men as disposable labor.

What she is referring to is the subset that wanted to apply manosphere or red pill content mostly for the sake of having a sexuallly fulfilling life, that is improving their life in order to get sex constantly. The Red Pill subreddit. Ironically, TRP gets called out, even by other men, and sometimes they themselves even admit it, because the women that fall for it aren't the type one wants in a LTR (frequents clubs, drinks, dresses provocatively for other men, has sex with the first guy to seduce her). Those are the men she has a problem with.
